Delivery and Returns Policy

​All of our products are made to order and many are customised, whilst we make every effort to detect and rectify issues before they get shipped, sometimes one may get out.

We're happy to offer a refund or preferebly a replacement if there is any issues with an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, missing parts, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item's improper condition.

If a replacement is sought we will of course prioritise this work to ensure its processed in the quickest possible timeframe and cover the cost of re-delivery.
we have partnered with Royal mail for the majority of our postage needs, some larger items can be shipped by one of our partner couriers, typically DPD, in the event of a non delivered item we will endeavour to resolve the issue or replace the missing items free of charge. in the event of a delivery being attempted it is the responsibility of the customer to follow-up with the delivery partner (although we will of course assist)
